Fixed scope

When the deliverables are clear

Agree on the work, price, milestones, and acceptance criteria in a written proposal. Changes to the scope are reviewed and priced before they are added.

Monthly support

When you need ongoing work

Reserve an agreed amount of time for updates, maintenance, or new features. The proposal defines the work covered, response expectations, and monthly cost.

Time-based work

When the requirements are evolving

Start with a defined task or review, then work against an agreed rate and budget. Review progress and time spent before deciding on the next step.

Build cost and running cost

The project quote covers the agreed deliverables. Hosting, provider subscriptions, payment fees, and maintenance are identified separately so you can plan beyond launch.

Support after delivery

Maintenance starts from ₹2,000 per month for India and $100 per month internationally. The tasks, time allowance, and support expectations are agreed for your system.

Is the planner total a fixed quote?

It is an indicative range based on the scope limits and additional items you choose. We review your requirements, existing systems, and design detail before sending a written quote.

What is outside the build price?

Hosting, domain names, third-party subscriptions, payment-provider fees, applicable taxes, and ongoing support are separate unless the proposal includes them. Content and translations are supplied by you unless content work is agreed.

How quickly will you reply?

Expect an initial reply within 24 hours. A detailed quote may need a discovery conversation or a review of your existing system first.

Can the project be delivered in phases?

Yes. We can define an initial release around the most important workflow, then scope later features separately. Each phase has its own deliverables and review points.

How are payments scheduled?

Payment milestones are recorded in the proposal before work starts. The schedule depends on the size and length of the project, with amounts linked to agreed stages.

What happens if I need more features later?

We review the additional work, its cost, and the effect on delivery before you approve it. The original scope stays the reference for what is already included.
