The problem
What the project needed.
Om Rudra Packers and Movers Private Limited needed a clear online presence for its relocation services and a shared workspace for the team handling enquiries, bookings, and moving paperwork.
Our response
How we approached it.
We built a responsive public website with service, location, and city-to-city route pages, connected enquiry forms to a lead-management API, and developed an admin panel for the operational workflow.

Connecting Customer Enquiries with the Moving Team
Visitors can explore moving services and submit moving or contact enquiries. The operations team has dedicated tools for leads, quotations, jobs, bilties, invoices, fleet, staff, finances, and support complaints. Shared business information and structured page data keep the public website consistent as content grows.
What was delivered
A public relocation website backed by tools for managing enquiries and day-to-day moving operations, with a dedicated support inbox for customer contact and complaints.
